Restorative yoga is designed to provide deep relaxation. It allows us to step aside from our busy lives and gives our body and mind time to calm and relax. Restorative yoga postures involve the use of props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks to provide support and create a relaxing posture. Restorative yoga brings calmness and stillness to the body through a series of supported postures
